The introductory conversation lasts 30 minutes and carries no obligation.
We will discuss:
what is happening now
what you would want to be different
who needs to be involved
any timetable, organisational or confidentiality considerations
whether I am the right person for the work.
If the fit is right, I will explain the next step. If another form of support would serve you more effectively, I will say so.
Everything you share is treated with care and confidentiality whether or not we go on to work together.
Please avoid sending highly sensitive personal, safeguarding or confidential organisational documents through the initial website form. We will agree a secure method if documents are needed.
Most one-to-one/team coaching takes place online. I work with leaders across the UK and internationally and schedule sessions around school calendars and time zones.
School reviews, leadership days and speaking engagements can take place in person or online depending on the purpose and location.
