FAQ

What exactly is Executive Leadership Coaching?

A one-to-one thinking space where you step out of urgency and explore the decisions, conversations, strengths, and pressures shaping your leadership.

Who is it for?

Senior leaders carrying complex responsibilities who want time, clarity, and a grounded space to think deeply about their role.

What happens in a coaching session?

We explore your real situations and decisions, using a strengths lens, guided reflection, structured questioning, and steady, neutral presence.

Is it a framework or a process?

There is no fixed model. The work is shaped around you, your strengths, your context, and the decisions you are navigating.

How often do we meet?

Most leaders meet every 2–4 weeks for 60 minutes.

Can Strengthscope® be included?

Yes. Strengthscope® is often used at the start or partway through the coaching journey.

What outcomes can I expect?

  • Clearer, calmer thinking

  • Decisions you can stand behind

  • A more grounded leadership presence

  • More honest, effective conversations

  • Reduced mental noise and pressure

  • A renewed sense of direction and confidence

Is it confidential?

Absolutely. Confidentiality is central to the work.

How do we start?

We begin with a short, no-pressure conversation to understand your focus and ensure the fit.

Investment

An initial one-hour session costs £450 including VAT. This includes a dedicated, confidential thinking space tailored entirely to you, along with a Strengthscope® psychometric assessment and report if appropriate.

Can I continue afterwards?

Yes. Many leaders continue for deeper exploration or sustained thinking space.
