Managing Difficult Conversations was an excellent course, enabling attendees, through role play exercises, to take an in-depth look at how their choice of words and body language can impact difficult conversations and the outcomes achieved. There was an option for role play exercises to be filmed as well as feedback from the group which provided a great opportunity to see how you come across and the perception others have of you. I personally found this extremely valuable and have a greater self-awareness; this, coupled with the tool box of useful techniques that Nadine provided will enable me to have a greater impact and influence in the workplace.
Thomas Hewett, Chief Press Officer, Downing Street
Nadine coached me as part of my two year leadership course with the UK Government Communication Service. I found her coaching techniques both innovative and effective in helping me understand the areas I needed to improve to become a better leader. Her assessments are always honest and frank, and her feedback is constructive and remarkably prophetic. She has played an important role in helping me gain promotions and new roles – most recently at 10 Downing Street – and I would recommend her coaching services to anyone looking to progress within a public or private sector environment.
Christine Billy, Scientific Talent Developer, Basel, Switzerland
What makes Nadine’s coaching so powerful is her linguistic expertise combined with deep listening. She helps you realize the underlying meaning of the words you use, and provides the necessary space for self-reflection using short insightful questions. It helped me develop further confidence, readiness and feel better balanced, which makes life much easier.
