About this Copyright Policy

This policy explains who owns the content available through www.nadinepowrie.com and the limited ways in which it may be used. It should be read with our Terms and Conditions and any product-specific licence shown at the point of purchase or download.

Ownership

Unless stated otherwise, the text, coaching questions, frameworks, playbooks, worksheets, documents, downloads, graphics, images, audio, video, page design and other original content made available by Nadine Powrie Consultancy Limited (the Materials) are owned by or licensed to the Company. Copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the Materials are protected by UK law and applicable international agreements.

Third-party names, logos, images, quotations and other content remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence, with permission or as otherwise permitted by law.

Permitted use of public website pages

You may:

  • view public pages for your own lawful personal or internal professional use;

  • share a link to a public page, provided you do not imply endorsement or misrepresent the page;

  • print or save a reasonable extract for your own reference; and

  • quote a short extract with appropriate acknowledgement where this is permitted by law.

These permissions do not transfer ownership and may be withdrawn where the Materials are misused.

Downloaded and purchased materials

A free or purchased download is licensed, not sold. Unless the product page or a written licence says otherwise, the purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence for one named user to access, download and use the material for that user's personal or internal professional development.

An organisation may not circulate a single-user product among staff, place it on a shared drive or use it as an organisation-wide resource unless it has purchased or obtained an appropriate multi-user licence. A purchaser may retain a reasonable personal backup copy, but the copyright notice and other rights information must remain intact.

Uses requiring prior written permission

Except where the law expressly permits the use, you must not without our prior written permission:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, upload, distribute, broadcast or make available all or a substantial part of the Materials;

  • share a downloaded file, account access or product login with another person;

  • adapt, edit, translate, rebrand or create derivative training, coaching, consultancy or commercial materials from the Materials;

  • sell, license, rent or commercially exploit the Materials;

  • remove or obscure a copyright, authorship, trade mark or proprietary notice;

  • record, photograph or capture a live session, presentation or paid content without express agreement;

  • use the Materials to suggest that the Company endorses you, your organisation, product or service; or

  • input all or a substantial part of the Materials into a generative-AI or automated system to create a substitute, competing product or reusable content library.

Legal exceptions

Nothing in this policy removes a right that UK copyright law gives you, including fair dealing for purposes such as quotation, criticism, review, reporting current events, non-commercial research or private study where the statutory conditions are met. Whether an exception applies depends on the circumstances, the amount used and any acknowledgement required by law.

Brand names and logos

The names Nadine Powrie, Nadine Powrie Consultancy and The Gold Collection, together with associated logos, visual identity and product names, may be trade marks or other protected branding. They may not be copied or used in a way that creates confusion, implies affiliation or damages the Company's reputation. Sharing an unaltered link to a public page is permitted.

Requests, concerns and infringement reports

To request permission, a multi-user licence or another authorised use, email npowrie@nadinepowrie.com and describe the material, proposed use, audience, format and duration.

If you believe content on our website infringes rights that you own, please provide enough information for us to identify the material and understand the basis of your concern. We will review the matter and take appropriate action.

Breach of this policy

Unauthorised use may result in withdrawal of access or the relevant licence and may infringe copyright, trade-mark or other rights. We may take proportionate steps to protect those rights, including requesting removal, seeking payment of an appropriate licence fee or pursuing legal remedies where justified.

Changes to this Copyright Policy

We may update this policy when our Materials, licences, services or legal requirements change. A change will not reduce a licence already granted for a purchased product unless the original licence permits that change or the law requires it. The current version will be published at www.nadinepowrie.com/copyright-policy.
